Currently, we use Smart-ID solution both to identify potential B2C Neste card customers and sign private card applications, to authenticate customers on our document signing portal, as well as to sign fuel card agreements.
As soon as we started working on the creation of a digital form of the Neste fuel private card, it was clear that the safest, most convenient and suitable tool for customer authentication and signing of applications, as well as fuel card contracts, is Smart-ID. We have been using the Smart-ID solution offered by SK ID Solutions AS Latvian branch for more than a year.
